NHS App

From 3rd May 2023, The Lodge Health Partnership joined the full medical record access on the NHS App.

This means patients can now view their medical records on the app from 3rd May 2023 onwards. This includes GP consultations, documents and reviewed blood results.

Please note; if you had a scan, test or appointment done before 3rd May 2023 but received the results after this date, these may not be accessible on the app as they will be dated on the system to the date the test took place. You can still request test results via our online form.

Not all results will be received at the same time. The time a result takes to develop, depends on which test has been requested. If you had multiple blood tests taken on the same day, these can take up to a week (sometimes longer) for all of the results to be received and reviewed by a GP.
